so, the answer is B.

well the simple way of doing this is by process of elimination of the choices but if you want to actually learn how to solve problems like this you divide 22 by 100 so .22, and then divide 18 by .22 giving you 82%. (im sure theres a simpler way to do this but this is the best i know how to do)
