Which sentence gives a literal meaning?

We’ll just have to go back to the drawing board.
I’m tired, so I’m going to hit the hay.
I’m feeling just a bit under the weather today.
I’m so happy that I could kiss you, and I think I will.

The last sentence is meant to be taken literally. Going to the drawing board, hitting the hay, and being under the weather are not literal. They are more creative ways of saying a literal sentence.

The last question, "I'm so happy that I could kiss you." That is the literal sentence.
