Area of rectangle = length x width
A = 7 x 13 = 91 square inches.
Perimeter = 2 length + 2 width
P = 2(7) + 2(13) = 14 + 26 = 40 inches.

The Perimeter is
40
because 7+7+13+13=40
The Area is
91
because 7x13=91
