The right option is; D. At least 70 percent of the product must be certified organic ingredients.

According to USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) organic regulations, organic food products that are labeled “made with organic” must contain at least 70 percent certified organic ingredients (excluding water or salt), and up to about 30 percent of allowed non-organic ingredients may be included in this category of organic food products. Also, all ingredients used (both 70 percent organic and 30 percent inorganic) must be produced without GMOs (genetically modified organisms).
