There is only one point that makes both equations true, the point is (2,4).
4(2) - 4 ?=? 4
8 - 4 ?=? 4
4 = 4 CHECKS
4 - 2 ?=? 2(2 - 1)^2
2 ?=? 2(1)^2
2 ?=? 2(1)
2 = 2 CHECKS
