The answer is prejudice. There are several forms of prejudice: religious prejudice, racial prejudice etc, and this means that someone has a unreasonable opinion about a particular group of people, and this is formed without knowledge or thought. It's a dislike and distrust of people who are different from you in some way, especially because of their race, religion, sex etc.
