Error would be the percentage difference.

85 - 80 = 5 point difference.

If we look at Alicia's score: 5/85 = 0.059 or 5.9% error.

If we look at the actual score: 5/80 = 0.0625 or 6.3% error.

Alicia was 5.9% off in her estimate.
