The dilation factor Sophia is using appears to be
(image coordinate)/(original coordinate) = -9/-3 = 15/5 = 3
Then the problem tells us
(pre-image point)×3 = (3, 1)
so we conclude
(pre-image point) = (3, 1)/3 =
(1, 1/3)

The image A"B"C" was created by dilating the pre-image by a scale factor of 1/3 about the origin, then reflected using the rule (x, y) - (-x, y). The coordinates of the image are A"(-2, -1) B"(0,3)and C"(4.
