A square field has an area 121 square meters.What is the perimeter of the field?

Are is equal to the length times width so what times what would give you 121 and that's how you get the answer to that problem or any area perimeter problem

Keep in mind: area of a square = (side length)^2
perimeter of a square = 4(side length)

Use the first formula to determine the side length (find the sq. rt. of 121 m^2).
Then use the second formula to find the perimeter (in meters).
