The answer is False.

Native Americans are U.S. Citizens, and must abide to the Constitution of the United States.

Nevertheless, on Indian Reservations, only Federal and Tribal laws apply to the member of the tribe.

Native American nations are not required to have a constitution to be recognized since they have to abide to the U.S. Constitution.
