The answer is B, 7(3 + 7).

Explanation:

All you have to do is multiply the number outside of the parenthesis by the numbers inside the parenthesis individually, then you add the two products together. So, for this problem in particular it would be 7 x 3 = 21 and 7 x 7 = 49 that would give you would get 21 + 49, the expression your looking for!

Thus, the correct answer is B 7(3 + 7)!
