Multiply the 1st equation by 2: ====> -8g +10 h = 8, then add it to the 2nd equation [( -8g+10h=8) + (8g+10h = -4) ] & you will get h=4/20 = 1/5.

Plug this value to find g

–4g + 5h = 4 8g + 10h = –4
