I'm not the greatest at math, but I believe that the length of the rectangle is x-2 and the width is 2x-5. It gave you the area, which is length times width, which means that (x-2)(2x-5)=56. Then you would have to distribute and subtract 56 from both sides. Are you learning about the quadratic formula right now? Because it would have to be used here if I'm doing this right. I could be wrong!
