solve for x. I'm confused on whether we are suppose to expand or condense it, and on what log property do we use.

\bf log_4(x-2)+log_4(5)=log_4(70)\\\\ -----------------------------\\\\ log_{{ a}}(xy)\implies log_{{ a}}(x)+log_{{ a}}(y)\\\\ -----------------------------\\\\ log_4[5(x-2)]=log_4(70)\impliedby \textit{take out the } log_4 \textit{ from both sides} \\\\\\ 5(x-2)=70\implies x-2=\cfrac{70}{5}\implies x-2=14\implies x=16
