What point of view might someone who can't make ends meet have?

So someone who can't make ends meet might think that the government is hurting them, or that it's the wealthy who are at fault for this, they often might blame other people and situations for where they are stuck. They might be really sad and thinks the world is out to get them. But they also might be more compassionate for those in need and more willing to help someone if they see that they are in just as bad of a spot as they are, so it all depends on the person, and how they view life.
