If you look at the equation closely the equation is already balanced. You need to make sure that on both sides of the equation the number of atoms each chemical has should be equal:
1. Zn has 1 atom on both sides
2. Li has 2 atoms on both
3. S has 1 atom
4. O has 7 atoms
5. C has 1 atom
