Why did russia withdraw from world war i?

The main reason was the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917. It was an important revolution because the government that was ruling at that time was overthrown by the bolsheviks and then Lenin took control of Russia. The country turned into a bloody civil war between bolsheviks and the white guard.
