This fine is included in the ones called Summary Offense and it is indeed of $200. Also it can include a license suspension that can go up to 1 year or 2 years depending on the previous supension or if the license has been revoked. Have in mind that for first time offenders there is a classification called Class C misdemeanor an that punishment could be even more expensive
