Brazil filed a lawsuit against the United States for giving the US farmers an advantage and violating WTO trade agreement. Base on the statement that is given by Brazil, the United States was providing prohibited and actionable subsidies to the US producers, legislations, regulation. grants and any other assistance to the US producers. Brazil was unhappy with the action of the US in regards to the word Trade Organization and filed a lawsuit to force the US to fix the issue
