I agree with the person above - when there is an object embedded in the eye (that obviously shouldn't be there), you should never attempt to remove the object, but rather apply dry sterile dressing and obtain medical help.
It is for the best not to do anything on your own about this, because you may make things worse, and the injured person may end up without having that eye or something even more drastic. Go see a doctor immediately because they will know what to do and how to help you.
