A local charity is sponsoring an outdoor rock concert to raise money for children’s cancer research. To accommodate as many patrons as possible, bleachers are being imported so that all the fans will be seated during the performance. The seats will be placed in an area such that -π/3 < Θ < π/3 and 0 < r < 4, where r is measured in hundreds of feet. The stage will be placed at the origin (pole) and the performers will face the audience in the direction of the polar axis.
