J can be defined as:
(x - a) / (x - c) = (y - b) / (y - d) where (a, b) and (c, d) are the coordinators of two points in the line.

(x + 3) / (x - 3) = (y - 0.5) / (y + 0.5)
(x + 3)(y + 0.5) = (y - 0.5)(x - 3)
xy + 3y + 0.5x + 1.5 = xy - 0.5x - 3y + 1.5
6y = -x
y = - (1/6)x

The answer is A
