the cold war was between the U.S.A and the soviet union. and the cold war changed the world cause each one of them feared the other.they feared each other because the feared that the other contry would bomb the other.hope this helped.i was learning about this last weak

The Cold War had many positive and negative effects. It caused people such as the Russians aka USSR to unite with the United States. In fact the USSR ended the Cold War as we did not have anything to worry about (Nukes)
