Detached earlobes are dominant. The mother’s genotype is EE, and the father’s genotype is ee. What is the chance that he will have detached earlobes?

So if the mother has a dominant earlobes and that dad has non-dominant earlobes then this is how it would work The kid can have a chance of having Ee no mater what so it has a 50% chance.
