I would think A because most spiders or arachnids suck the blood out of the prey they catch.

Most arachnids inject a venom or digestive like substance into their pre and then eat it whole. I know they aren't Herbivores, so we can rule out B. They don't really tear it apart either. It sounds like it would be A, but D isn't necessarily wrong either. Hopefully my input helps.
