The relationship between the time period of the pendulum and its elevation from the surface would be expressed in the formula as follows:

T = 2*pi*sqrt(L/g)

As far as the law of gravitation is concerned, the acceleration due to gravity decreases as altitude increases. We could conclude that time period would be greater in Mount Everest compared to that of Karachi due to its higher elevation.
