When balancing redox reactions in basic solutions, first, we need to balance the number of oxygen atoms by adding OH- ions to either side. Then, we add H+ ions to balance the number of hydrogen atoms. After it is balanced, we combine the H+ and OH- in either side into H2O. Hope this helps.
