connor. counted twice as many zebras as clowns in the carnival.he counted a total of 36clowns and zebras in all.how many zebras did connor count?

36 clowns and zebras..
if there are twice as many zebras as clowns then divide the amount by 2
36/2 = 18 so..
now there are 18 zebras and 18 clowns but we want twice as many zebras..

so by process of elimination we can figure out that
there are 24 zebras and 12 clowns which = 36
the answer is 24 zebras Connor counted
