First spin lands on blue, we notice that 6 sections out of 10 are blue. This is 60%.

Second spin lands on gray, we notice that there are 4 sections out of 10. This is a 40% chance.

In order to find the probability of both spins together, we need to do the math as follows.

What's 60% of 40%. Or .6 X .4. Or 6/10 X 4/10. It's all the same thing.

If you did the math in either way, you get 24%.

Hope this helps!
