Angles 1 and 3 are vertical angles which means that they are equal.
3x - 15 = 5x - 81
x = 33
The measure of angle 3 is equal to 5(33) - 81 = 84°. The missing angles written in red have relationship with angle 3 in such that,
(x + 27) + (x + 3) + 84 = 180 ; x = 33.
Thus, the angles are 60° and 36°, respectively.
