The probability of rolling 3 or 4 with 1 number cube with 1 roll (I'm assuming).
There are six sides on a number cube. 3 and 4 are on 2 of those sides. The probability would be 2/6 (unsimplified), 1/3 (simplified) or approximately 33%.

Answer:

P(rolling 3 or 4) = 1/3

Explanation:

We are rolling a number cube and we have to find P(rolling 3 or 4).

We will use the fact that 'or' means multiplication.

The total number of sample space is 6 since the cube or dice has 6 faces named 1,2,3,4,5 and 6.

The probability of getting a 3 is 1/6

Similarly, probability of getting a 4 is 1/6.

Hence, P(rolling 3 or 4) = 1/6 +1/6

P(rolling 3 or 4)= 2/6

P(rolling 3 or 4) = 1/3
