When you are writing the name of two proportional parallelograms the sides woudl be in the same position in the name. For example AB=EF BC=FG etc. So AD is equal to EH

Answer: EH

Explanation:

Given : Parallelogram ABCD is dilated to form parallelogram EFGH. Side AB is proportional to side EF.

We know that dilation is a kind of rigid transformation which creates similar image as the original but of different size.

If two figures are similar then its corresponding sides are proportional and corresponding angles are congruent.

Therefore, if AB is proportional to side EF . [first two letters of both names]

Then that must be EH which is proportional to segment AD.[first and last letters of both names]
