Initial momentum of the ball ( say p ) = 0.12×6 =
0.72 kg-m/s
Final momentum of the ball ( say P) = 0.12×14 =
1.68 kg-m/s
Change in magnitude =
P-p = 1.68-0.72
= 0.96 Kg-m/s
____________
hope it helps !
