I believe the answer would be the first option. A) "The presidential China Room displays all the White House china, in fact, almost every past president is represented there." Hopefully this answer is correct. I'm almost positive that it is, if not then my sincere apologies. Good luck :)

im pretty sure its D. when you have terms like in fact, however or for example you should include a semicolon after.
