The right option is; All plants are made of cells.

Matthias Schleiden was a German botanist, and cofounder (with Theodor Schwann) of the cell theory. Schleiden demonstrated that all plants were aggregates of cells, and cell products, and that all the mechanisms of plant physiology, occurs due to the activities of the cells. He stated that the nucleus, which he called the cytoblast, was an important part of all plant cells. Matthias Schleiden also described many possible methods cell formation.
