There are many food chains that are made for when you are on the go, and don't have the time to wake up and make breakfast for work. Although cooking may be the safer option - people would rather eat out at restaurants that are high in fat, and can make you sick in the long run. If you take supersize me for example - a man had taken months eating the same high in fat food and not only gained weight but started to feel addicted to the food. It even hurt is health! I believe making your own food, and eating inside rather than out would be a much safer alternative.
