What happens with the polar front jet stream?

A polar front jet stream is located in the tropopause thousands of feet above the sea level. The activity is an air current moving in a westward direction. It is the strongest among other jet streams. The occurrence of a jet stream can come from a solar radiation or a Coriolis force, a built up by different air masses. Its location is also an aid for meteorologists to tell the weather
