Describe what happens during translation

What happens is that the RNA is synthesized from the template and RNA polymerase moves along the DNA, elongating the RNA transcript molecule; an enzyme forms the hydrogen bonds between the bases of the DNA strand and the complementary bases of the RNA molecule found in the nucleus.

Hope this helped !!

Answer: During translation, a small ribosomal subunit attaches to a mRNA molecule. At the same time an initiator tRNA molecule recognizes and binds to a specific codon sequence on the same mRNA molecule. A large ribosomal subunit then joins the newly formed complex.
