The correct sentence is B. Both games were rained out.

We only need to use an apostrophe when we want to show posssession. While the apostrophe could go either before or after the "s," we could never have an apostrophe both before and after the "s" (like in A). Since neither games or rained need an apostrophe, the correct sentence does not have any apostrophes, like in B.
