The muscles in our body have the ability to assist the blood vessels and moving blood around the body to distribute nutrients to the cells. The heart muscles (cardiac) located in the heart pumps blood, the skeletal muscles contracts to allow blood to flow, and the smooth muscles are dominant throughout our body also contracts to permit the blood flow.
