ScCl3 +3KOH so KOH with the "3" is the limiting factor here

so 0.9 moles of KOH will create 0.9 moles of KCl

as KCl is also 3x of Sc(OH)3, there sho6uld be 0.9/3 = 0.3 moles of Sc(OH)3
