Eating food gives your body energy by changing it from tierd and exauhsted to full of energy. You need energy to have electricitiy so you can do homework and games.

Answer 2

You use energy when you turn on a light in your home, or even when you're driving in a car. You can change how you use energy by riding your bike or skateboard to school, or leaving the light off during the day and opening the blinds. I hope this helps. c:
