So two points for the first line are (-4,0) and (0, 2) so the slope of this line is:

m=(2--4)/(0--4)=6/4=1.5 and we can see from point to that b, the y-intercept is 2 so the line is:

y=1.5x+2

The second line has the same points and is therefore the same line, so there are infinitely many solutions.
