-3|s|=18 divide both sides by -3
|s|=-6
There is no solution as any absolute value is positive. No matter what s is, it is positive and thus cannot equal -6.

There is no solution.
If you divide both sides by -3 to get the variable isolated, it is
|s| = -6
Absolute value equations cannot equal negative numbers, so there is no solution.
