My phone does not want to download any apps, what can I do? I already turned my phone on and off, but it didn't work.

try clearing your space this can be why you cannot download any apps try uninstalling apps you do not need and try and see if it works

Did you take the battery out, well that depends on what type of phone you have and maybe your storage is all full so you have to go check your cache and clear it
