Yes it can. Because there are many ways you make a triangle.

No, the interior angles of a triangle always equal 180 degrees. The definition of an obtuse angle is one that is more than 90 degrees. One angle can be more than 90 but the other two have to be smaller than 90 to equal 180. There is no mathematical way to have to angles of more than 90 degrees and still have the interior equal 180 degrees.
