Ratio, Starbucks : Einstein = 10 : 3

Total Units of Ratio = 10 + 3 = 13
Total Shops = 143

Value of one Unit = 143/13 = 11

Number of Einsteins shop = 11 * 3 = 33

In short, Your Answer would be: 33
