The answer is going to be Jogging. I took the test. dont go for carrying small objects that is the wrong answer.

The correct answer is Jogging.

Jogging is a moderate type of activity and can be done at any time of the day. It will allow the individual to move their body at a reasonable pace and help improve their sedentary lifestyle. Sleeping, carrying small objects and standing will not accomplish this type of movement needed to improve the individuals activity levels.
