Is the Amps in a parallel circuit the same throughout? Like in a series circuit, the A (amps) is the same throughout I don't know if it applies to parallels though

V=i*R i=v/r

no. the amps in a parallel circuit are different. higher amps go through lower resistances, lower amps through higher ones
but, the voltage across two resistors in parallel is the same for each.
