Bradley will be 36, since he is 3 times older than kelly, so if kelly is 12.
That would mean that Bradley is 36 because 12x3=36.

Kelly is 4 Bradley is 3 times her age which is 12. When Kelly is 12, multiply that by 3, 36, Bradley will be 36 years old.
